Scenario 3
Cleaning small items of clothing

Background
Soldiers often live for extended periods of time in dirty conditions with limited access to utilities for cleaning clothing.  Impoverished people and the victims of natural disaster also experience this hygiene issue.  A means of washing small items of clothing like socks, underwear, and t-shirts would increase their cleanliness and extend the amount of time soldiers can comfortably and healthily accomplish their mission and benefit people living in less than ideal conditions.
